In this article you will find information about the options available on the Security tab of your event. That includes setting up a password for your caption and dubs pages, disabling caption storage and/or the authorization token for your event.
Passcode - If you want to limit access to your event you can require users to enter a password before they are granted access to the captions. When you set up the password, the system will ask a visitor for it before allowing them access to the captions page and/or widget. To set up a password, go to the Security tab in your event, enter the passcode you want to use and click the "Save" button.
Disable Caption Storage - Turning this on will prevent any of the content that is being delivered live from being archived in the SyncWords database. No transcript, caption files, or other data will be available at the end of the event.
Disable Token Authorization - Turning this on will remove the additional security check offered when using the embed widget on an external website.
